Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Dispensing & Prescription Accuracy

• Dispense accurate prescriptions and fit spectacles, contact lenses, and optical aids.
• Ensure proper fitting, adjustments, and customer satisfaction.

2. Refraction, Diagnosis & Consultation

• Perform refraction and eye examinations to assess customer needs.
• Guide customers on lens types, frames, styling, and contact lens care.
• Provide consultation on low vision aids, adjustments, and spectacle repairs

3. Inventory Management

• Monitor and manage stock of lenses and optical products.
• Provide inputs on replenishment and ordering.

4. Reporting

• Prepare reports on sales, stock, and customer feedback.
• Share insights to support business decisions.

5. Quality Control & Advanced Consultation

• Ensure accuracy in eye measurements and dispensing practices.
• Audit fitments and dispensing techniques of opticians.
• Handle escalated cases requiring higher consultation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors/Diploma in Optometry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Freshers can apply; candidates with up to 6 years of experience preferred.
