Optometrist - Salem & Coimbatore

As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for dispensing and fitting accurate prescriptions including spectacles, contact lenses, and other optical aids. You will perform refraction and diagnosis to meet customers" needs, providing advice on lens types, frames, contact lenses, and low vision aids. Additionally, you will manage inventory of lenses and optical products, providing inputs on orders, and deliver necessary qualitative and quantitative reports to management for decision-making. Your role will also involve ensuring the quality of eye measurements, auditing fitments and dispensing techniques of Opticians, and serving as a point of escalation for cases requiring higher consultation. The ideal candidate should have a D. Optom / B Optom / M Optom qualification with 0-6 years of experience, although freshers are also welcome to apply. Key skills and competencies required for this role include welcoming customers appropriately, educating them about Vision Express products and services, advising customers based on their needs, ensuring timely delivery and prompt after-sales service, overseeing back-end processes, and escalating any unresolved issues to the Store Manager when necessary.,
