Job Title: Security Technology Lifecycle Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 2 - 5 years
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Security Technology Lifecycle Analyst to support the management of security devices and IT assets across the organization. The candidate will utilize tools similar to ServiceNow to track assets, report issues, create dashboards, and generate reports for data analysis. The role involves coordinating with global security teams and vendors to ensure timely maintenance, upgrades, and replacements of security equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track security devices such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and biometric devices.
- Maintain accurate records of device status, conditions, and lifecycle.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades with security teams and vendors worldwide.
- Use ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Cherwell, Ivanti, Freshservice, Jira Service Management) for asset management, ticketing, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and device replacements.
- Generate reports and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with security and asset management policies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Asset Management: Experience tracking and managing security devices and IT assets.
- ITSM Tools: Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar platforms like BMC Helix, Cherwell, Ivanti, Freshservice, Jira Service Management.
- Organized & Analytical: Ability to plan maintenance, lifecycle management, and perform data analysis.
- Communication: Strong coordination skills with global teams and vendors.
- Vendor & Project Management: Experience scheduling and managing device lifecycle activities.
