Job Title: Optical Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Optical Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting eyewear, explaining lens options, ensuring accurate measurements, and providing excellent service to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide professional assistance in choosing frames, lenses, and other optical products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eyewear trends, lens technologies, and product offerings.
• Accurately take customer measurements for frame fitting and lens prescriptions.
• Handle billing, sales entry, and maintain proper sales records.
• Coordinate with eye specialists and optometrists to ensure smooth customer service.
• Manage stock levels and display arrangements to enhance product visibility.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Handle after-sales support, including product adjustments, replacements, or service queries.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Prior experience in optical sales, retail eyewear, or eye hospital setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent product knowledge and customer-handling ability.
• Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
• Positive attitude, team player, and goal-oriented mindset.

Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Diploma (Optical or Retail background preferred).

Reporting To:

• Center Manager / Sales Manager

Note: Candidates with experience in optical showrooms or eye hospitals will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
