Ops Intern - Global Supply

You will join the Craiggenie Operations Team at Joveo as a CGOps Intern, where you will support Tier 1 & 2 clients by creating effective media plans and posting strategies. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in digital advertising and operations within the recruitment industry. - Collaborate with the Craiggenie Operations Team to develop impactful media plans and posting strategies for Joveo's Tier 1 & 2 clients. - Utilize the Craiggenie tool to accurately and timely execute posting plans for client campaigns. - Analyze data to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization. - Monitor key campaign metrics such as impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI to deliver exceptional results for clients. - Participate actively in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance. - Engage with cross-functional teams, including account managers and creative teams, to align strategies and achieve client objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, incorporating them into strategies and recommendations. - Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, Business, or similar). - Possess strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, and familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate ideas and strategies. - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently. - Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Google Sheets, Docs). - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting. - Display a genuine interest in digital advertising, marketing, or related fields.,
