Investigate and resolve order discrepancies (missing/damaged items).
Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and internal teams to close order-related issues.
Handle escalations, analyze problems, and provide effective solutions.
Identify process improvement opportunities for better efficiency & satisfaction.
Enter and maintain accurate customer order records.
1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Order Management.
Strong communication, problem-solving & analytical skills.
Good attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English (written & verbal).
