Job Title:

Location: Mysore

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders (tracking, shipping, and delivery).

  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat ensuring timely & accurate resolutions.

  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies (missing/damaged items).

  • Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and internal teams to close order-related issues.

  • Handle escalations, analyze problems, and provide effective solutions.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities for better efficiency & satisfaction.

  • Enter and maintain accurate customer order records.

 

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Order Management.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving & analytical skills.

  • Good attention to detail and multitasking ability.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Fluency in English (written & verbal).
