Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
  
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings and ensure all project deadlines are met
  
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  
• Track project performance and provide updates to stakeholders
  
• Prepare presentations and reports for clients and internal teams
  
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies
  
• Support risk management and change control processes
  
• Maintain project dashboards and status updates
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  
• 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
  
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana)
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  
• PMP/CAPM certification is a plus (optional)
