Possess a strong know-how of email deliverability , including troubleshooting issues related to SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and blacklists. Ensure reliable email delivery and resolve any sending or receiving issues for internal and external users. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a primary technical point of contact for web and email-related inquiries. Job Overview The ESP Systems Associate - SFMC is responsible for the maintenance of all the ESP (Email Service Provider) Platforms used by the organization. This will require a good understanding of the various features, and limitations, of the ESPs. The ESP Systems Associate will also need to understand email marketing operations, understand current processes followed by the mail teams, to recommend ESP features that may solve their needs, or make their processes efficient, like setting up journeys, automations, etc. in ESPs. They will also need to learn about the various dev automations and API integrations built in-house for the email marketing operations, provide training to the mail teams, and support their daily activities.
