About the Role:

Ophthalmologist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat vision issues and eye diseases.
  • Prescribe corrective lenses and medications as required.
  • Perform eye surgeries, including cataract, glaucoma, LASIK, and retina-related procedures (as per specialization).
  • Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Provide patient education regarding eye health, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology and incorporate best practices.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBBS

    with

    MS / MD / DNB in Ophthalmology

    from a recognized institution.
  • Valid medical license to practice.
  • Proven experience in clinical and surgical ophthalmology.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Compassionate approach and commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Proficiency with ophthalmic instruments and diagnostic equipment.
