Position Summary:

Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery, tools, or equipment as per process instructions and safety guidelines.
  
• Monitor operating parameters and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning.
  
• Identify and report any issues, malfunctions, or abnormalities immediately.
  
• Record operational data such as quantities produced, machine settings, and maintenance logs.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  
• Follow company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
  
• Participate in routine maintenance or assist maintenance technicians as needed.
  
• Adhere to shift schedules and production deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

• High school diploma, ITI, or equivalent.
  
• 02 years of experience in a similar operator or machine handling role (freshers can apply).
  
• Basic understanding of machinery and safety practices.
  
• Willingness to work in shifts, including night or weekend shifts.
  

Desirable:

• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
  
• Technical certification or training in machinery or equipment handling.
  
• Familiarity with SOPs, ISO standards, or GMP guidelines (as applicable to industry).
