Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operator to join our team at Regaal Resources Pvt. Ltd., responsible for managing and maintaining our Roaster operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating equipment and a keen eye for detail.

Roles and Responsibility

Operate and maintain Roaster equipment for optimal performance and productivity.

Monitor and control the quality of products during production.

Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and meet targets.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Roaster equipment.

Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Operator or similar role, preferably in a Roaster environment.

Strong knowledge of Roster equipment operation and maintenance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
