Job Description

Operate and monitor the Roll Forming machine to ensure smooth production processes.
Set up and adjust machine settings as per production requirements.
Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
Maintain accurate daily production records, including quantity, quality, and downtime.
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the machine to ensure optimal functioning.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Report any machine malfunctions or production delays to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a machine operator, especially in roll forming or similar machinery, preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
