Operator (Granulation , Compression , Coating , Blister)

Granulation Operator : Carry out granulation activities as per approved procedures and batch records.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks.Clean the equipment and work area as per hygiene protocols.Check and record in-process parameters like LOD and granule quality.Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure workplace safety.Immediately report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.

Compression Operator : Follow SOPs strictly for compression and in-process checks.Monitor tablet weight, hardness, thickness, and appearance during production.Record all in-process parameters and observations accurately.Clean the compression area and tools as per hygiene and safety protocols.Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and follow safety standards.Immediately report any abnormalities or deviations to the supervisor.

Coating Operator : Perform tablet coating activities as per batch manufacturing records (BMR).Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to coating.Monitor and control coating parameters like temperature, spray rate, and drying time.Check coated tablets for uniformity, color, and appearance.Maintain cleanliness of coating area and utensils as per guidelines.Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety norms.Report any process deviations or issues to the supervisor immediately.

Blister operator : Carry out blister packing activities as per batch packing records (BPR).Follow SOPs related to blister packing operations and material handling.Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and cutting of blister strips.Perform in-process checks for pack integrity, batch coding, and visual defects.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packing area as per GMP norms.Handle materials like foil, PVC, cartons, and leaflets with care.Record all packing details and report any issues or deviations to the supervisor
