Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Operations Trainer. The Operations Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, conducting instructional design, and ensuring effective communication of training materials. Daily tasks include analyzing training needs, developing training curricula, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating trainee performance. The role requires a proactive approach to designing and improving training modules to enhance operational efficiency.
