Max Budget: 5LPA (can offer 30% Hike on their current CTC) Notice Period: Immediate till 30 Days Mandatory Skills: Need at least 2Y till 5Y of experience working in an International project and must have experience in talking to clients or customers from any native english speaking county (Mainly UK/US/Australia) Please look for someone from International customer service - Voice or chat or US Healthcare etc NOTE: Need only people who have exceptional communication skills. ************************************************************************************************ We are currently hiring for Operations Specialist - U2 to work with our internal teams here in Noida. Role: Operations Specialist U2 (Semi-Voice) (Fulltime/Permanent) Designation as per TechM: Sr. Associate Analyst - BPS/U2 Location: Noida Sector 60, UP Experience: 2 years – 4 Years (In any International process (Voice or Non-Voice) Work Mode: Work from office (5 days) Shift: UK (12PM – 9:30PM, Fixed week off’s on Sat & Sun) – Two way transportation will be given within the radius of 30KMS from the above locations. Client: Cambridge University Press & Assessment (Product Based/ 800 years old) Payroll: Tech Mahindra Required: Must have at least minimum 1.8Years of experience working in any international project and must be able to manage Stakeholders/Clients from US & UK on calls and emails. Must have exceptional communication skills (Both written & Verbal) and must be able to multitask. Attention to detail is mandatory. Good email drafting skills and should have hands-on experience with MS Excel. Need Graduation in any field.
