Operations - Research Associate

As a Research Associate at faff, you'll be at the core of how we help users delegate research-heavy tasks- from everyday queries to niche deep-dives, your job is to find accurate, useful, and well-presented information that helps people delegate with confidence..

This role is ideal for someone who loves internet rabbit holes, has strong judgment, and enjoys turning chaos into clarity. You won't just search, you'll solve.

Key Responsibilities and past experience:

• Excellent online research skills you know how to navigate the internet efficiently and verify information.
• Ability to break down unstructured queries into clear, actionable results.
• Strong written communication you can summarise findings in a clean, concise, and user-friendly format.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and dependable you manage your time and tasks without external nudging.
• No specific prior experience required. However, a background in roles involving research, writing, operations, or support is a plus.
• Less than 2 years of total work experience ideal for someone early in their career who's curious, adaptable, and eager to grow.

Job Details:

• Position: Full-Time Executive Assistant
• Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)
• Probation Period: 1 Month
• Salary: Rs 4.8 LPA + Rs 60k (performance based bonus)
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week (60 hrs per week)
• Starting date: Before 1st June
