Operations Manager Process & Systems

Role Overview: Brimag is a fast-growing manufacturing firm seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to lead the development and enforcement of SOPs, streamline shop-floor processes, and build a disciplined, self-sustaining production system. Key Responsibilities: - Design, document, and implement SOPs across production, quality, and maintenance. - Build a central knowledge base and training programs for all employees. - Ensure strict adherence to SOPs through audits, supervision, and feedback systems. - Drive lean practices (5S, SMED, Kaizen) to reduce changeover time, waste, and process variation. - Monitor and improve process compliance, training coverage, and stability in output. - Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality, planning, and maintenance efforts. Qualification Required: - Graduation in relevant Engineering field - 5-10 years in manufacturing operations with hands-on experience in SOP design, compliance, and lean tools. - Strong team leadership; can enforce discipline and upskill a diverse workforce. - Comfortable working on the shop floor and implementing systems in resource-constrained environments. - Proactive mindset with the ability to take decisions independently. - Passion for building a strong, performance-driven organizational culture.
