Operations Manager - Mutual Funds

You will be responsible for leading and streamlining mutual fund operations for NRI clients as an Operations Manager specializing in Mutual Funds. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth transaction processing, compliance, and enhancing customer experience by collaborating closely with product, compliance, and partner AMCs. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end mutual fund operations for NRI customers, which involves account opening, purchase, redemption, and SIP processing. You will need to maintain strong relationships with AMCs, RTAs, banks, and custodians to ensure timely settlement and resolution of any issues. Compliance with SEBI, FEMA, and AMFI regulations will be crucial, along with managing KYC, FATCA, CRS documentation, and their updates. Regular monitoring of transaction reconciliations and the generation of operational MIS reports will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be required to implement process automation and drive operational efficiency improvements. Addressing client escalations promptly and accurately, as well as working closely with tech teams for system enhancements, will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in mutual fund operations, with a preference for NRI/Offshore market exposure. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, analytical skills, and effective stakeholder management will be essential for success in this position.,
