We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Operations Manager (Legal Compliance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and vetting of legal and compliance KYC documents for onboarding.
• Participate in and/or manage the day-to-day operational aspects of Compliance matters related to (a) AML/CTF, including KYC Operations.
• Build working relationships and engage closely with senior management from the Legal Practices as well as the Allied Professionals of the Organization.
• Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure that Compliance procedures are followed.
• Ability to manage inter function coordination.
• Should have the ability to develop and generate ideas with respect to process development & refining.
• Lead and manage the KYC team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to enhance and update KYC processes as needed.
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance KYC automation and efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• LLB/commerce graduate with strong academic background.
• Excellent business communication skills, email writing, well conversant with MS Excel.
• Strong judgment skills for interpretation of screening adverse news Strong Analytical skills to spot trends and patterns.
• Candidate must have experience in working on digital platforms.
• Must be solution oriented.
• Must have strong analytical skills.
