What You’ll Do:
Lead client operations & process execution
Drive continuous improvement & operational excellence
Manage internal & external stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery, reporting & escalations
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3–8 years of operations experience
✔ Graduate (MBA preferred)
✔ Strong communication & analytical skills
✔ Proficient in Excel | Tech-savvy | Programming is a plus
