Operations Manager – Examination Delivery

Job Summary:
Coempt EduTeck is looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our Examination Business and Delivery at a client location.Hs/Her primary role is to ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another. His/her primary role is to maximize processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness, timelines and Delivery, ultimately leading to client SatisfactionResponsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Ensuring the timely delivery as per client’s requirements
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise the resources
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role or from Similar domain
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Any Degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
