Role Overview: As an Operations Manager in Domestic Collections at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of collection executives handling domestic portfolios. Your key role will involve driving collection performance across various stages, analyzing delinquency trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. You will also be required to coordinate with senior management for process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of collection executives handling domestic portfolios. - Drive collection performance across buckets (early-stage, late-stage, and recovery portfolios) to achieve monthly targets. - Monitor collections performance, manage customers, and conduct team huddles and performance reviews. - Analyze delinquency trends and implement strategies to reduce NPAs. - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and RBI norms. - Coordinate with senior management for process improvements and escalations. Qualification Required: - Experience: 5-8 years in collections/recovery/financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or TL role. - Preferred Background: BFSI, NBFC, Recovery agencies, or Exchange houses. - Strong knowledge of retail loan products such as PL, CL, CD, Auto Loan, and Digital Products. - Ability to manage high-pressure targets and motivate teams. - Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and regional languages (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada preferred). - Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
