Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support chapters, leadership teams, and members to ensure smooth operations and high engagement.
Coordinate events, training sessions, workshops, and visitor meetings.
Maintain member databases, CRM systems, dashboards, and performance reports.
Track membership renewals, retention, visitor follow-ups, and member conversions.
Monitor chapter performance, KPIs, and compliance.
Manage calendars, documentation, meeting minutes, invoicing, and administrative tasks.
Support chapter growth initiatives and new chapter launches.

Required Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, CRM, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and relationship management abilities.
Experience in event coordination, reporting, and operations management.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, customer success, event management, or membership-based organizations.
Experience with networking organizations, franchises, or CRM systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
