Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily clinic operations, patient checkup coordination, and overall staff management to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Handle billing and financial records with a strong working knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
3. Manage clinic marketing initiatives, lead generation strategies, and promotional activities.
4. Prepare and present detailed treatment/service quotations to clients.
5. Drive conversions by negotiating and closing high-value medical and operational deals.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 5+ Years (Prior experience in Diagnostic) is strongly preferred.
Education: BHMS/BAMS Doctor with a strong aptitude and flair for operations. Medical / Paramedical degree + MBA in Healthcare/Operations
Shift Hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm and 12 pm to 9 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
