Designation - Operations Manager - BPO
Experience -

  • Oversee end-to-end call center operations (voice / non-voice / chat / blended processes).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage resource allocation, shift planning, and workload distribution.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and call center reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage operations under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
