Job Description

As a Sales Compensation Operations Specialist at LSEG, your role involves developing a deep understanding of the Sales Compensation calculation engine ICM application. You will be responsible for managing process deliverables, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring accurate and timely adjustments processing. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing an in-depth awareness of the Sales Compensation calculation engine ICM application - Optimizing resource allocation to manage adjustment volumes effectively - Driving accurate and timely adjustments processing - Ensuring timely ICM sales transaction data loads, data maintenance activities, and monitoring of scheduled jobs - Identifying and resolving data or calculation issues - Supporting Level 2 inquiry management and serving as a key point of contact for stakeholder queries - Ensuring Quality Control and actively improving quality across various activities - Delivering scheduled and ad hoc reports with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and business relevance - Preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials and supporting team resources during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Business Validation Testing (BVT) - Managing ICM System updates and year start activities - Ensuring adherence to SOX and other operational controls - Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Developing training materials and conducting onboarding and refresher sessions - Mentoring analysts by sharing knowledge and best practices - Identifying and implementing process improvements through standardization and automation Qualifications & Experience: - In-depth knowledge of Sales Compensation processes and hands-on experience with Varicent Sales Compensation (ICM) solution - Advanced Excel skills, including data visualization and analysis capabilities - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams globally - Ability to work effectively within established policies and deliver under tight timelines - Highly analytical approach with a demonstrated ability to streamline operational processes LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider with a purpose of driving financial stability, empowering economies, and enabling sustainable growth.
