Job Description

As an expert in Sales Compensation processes, your role will involve managing the Sales Compensation calculation engine ICM application and optimizing resource allocation to handle adjustment volumes effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing a deep understanding of the Sales Compensation calculation engine ICM application to manage process deliverables, capabilities, and reporting efficiently. - Ensuring accurate and timely adjustments processing by supporting team members. - Overseeing ICM sales transaction data loads, data maintenance activities, maintenance of system reference data, and monitoring scheduled jobs. - Identifying and resolving data or calculation issues in collaboration with the Capability team. - Supporting Level 2 inquiry management and serving as a key contact for stakeholder queries. - Ensuring Quality Control measures are in place and improving quality across various activities. - Delivering scheduled and ad hoc reports with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and business relevance. - Preparing Quarterly Business Review materials, including KPIs and insights. - Supporting team resources during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Business Validation Testing (BVT) for ICM Capability Releases. - Managing ICM System updates, year start activities, and quota uploads in coordination with the Capability team and Regional Managers and Leads. - Ensuring adherence to SOX and other operational controls and updating Standard Operating Procedures. - Developing training materials, conducting onboarding and refresher sessions, and mentoring analysts. - Identifying and implementing process improvements through standardization and automation. Qualifications & Experience required for this role include: - In-depth knowledge of Sales Compensation processes and hands-on experience with Varicent Sales Compensation (ICM) solution. - Advanced Excel skills, including data visualization and analysis capabilities. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening abilities. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams globally. - Ability to work effectively within established policies and deliver under tight timelines. - Highly analytical approach with the ability to identify, evaluate, and streamline operational processes.
