Operations Intern at BoomStays (Hybrid – Pune)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Operations Intern to support the day-to-day functioning at BoomStays — a fast-growing network of getaway properties. You’ll be involved in client communication, operations tracking, guest coordination, and more — ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of bookings across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Send promotional offers and feedback requests via WhatsApp
• Assist in ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs
• Coordinate with caretakers and vendors for daily operations
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely assistance
• Support with monthly reports and Excel dashboards
• Ensure operational tasks and trackers are updated regularly

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Good command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• A people-friendly personality who can handle guests calmly
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Based in Pune (must be available for occasional on-ground tasks)
• Prior experience in hospitality or operations is a plus but not required
