Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations for a premium uniform brand. The ideal candidate should have experience in coordinating production, vendor management, and order fulfillment within the apparel or garment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day production and operational activities.
• Manage fabric sourcing, vendor follow-ups, and material tracking.
• Monitor order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Support the sales and design teams with operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to production and logistics.
• Ensure smooth workflow from order placement to final delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Experience in garment/apparel/uniform operations.
• Knowledge of production processes and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP tools.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Qualification:

• Any Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Fashion Management, Textile Technology, or Business Administration).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
