Operations Executive - Warehouse

You will be responsible for managing the daily dispatch of e-commerce orders to customers and supervising packing staff to ensure correct packing and printing of ecommerce labels. Handling returns and updating entries into the system will also be part of your duties. It will be essential to maintain daily stock records accurately and follow up with customers regarding their orders. Streamlining all warehouse activities to ensure smooth daily operations, delegating tasks, supervising packing staff, and ensuring team productivity are key aspects of this role. You will also be required to monitor, organize, and maintain accurate inventory levels, handle documentation, staff scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies.
