Qualification

0-1 years experience in sales, and operations
Strong organizational and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identifying training requirements that can foster a positive and productive sales environment.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Analyse existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure timely completion of all trips and oversee daily trip completion reports.
Coordinate with property owners for necessary documentation and payment details.
Oversee the market dynamics, and ensure the reworked pricing is live accordingly.
Confirm and update base rates for bookings, conducting regular pricing reviews.
Implement shift changes as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
Regularly review and analyse OTA bookings, optimizing pricing strategies.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales and operations departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
