Position Title: Operations Executive / Production Supervisor

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – 17500/- per month

Job Purpose

The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating

production, procurement, and inventory operations to ensure smooth

day-to-day functioning within the manufacturing unit. The role requires

a proactive individual with strong leadership, planning, and system

implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase activities to ensure timely procurement of raw

materials.

• Supervise production operations and monitor process efficiency.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to minimize shortages and overstock.
• Handle manpower allocation, attendance, and shift planning.
• Ensure implementation of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Maintain vendor coordination and develop strong supplier

relationships.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to SOPs.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S Implementation.
• Proficiency in Procurement Management and Vendor Coordination.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise manpower effectively.
• Hands-on experience in production line operations and process control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• System-driven approach with focus on accuracy and accountability.
