Hospital - Operations Executive

The Hospital Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital. This role involves coordinating and optimizing administrative and clinical functions, ensuring the hospital runs efficiently and meets regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will streamline processes, improve patient care, and manage resource allocation effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of assigned departments within the hospital.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
• Coordinate with department heads and staff to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance patient care and optimize resource utilization.
• Analyse operational data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions to hospital services.

Qualification :

• Master ’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Master in Business Administration-(Operations) , or Bachelor's in related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel ( mandatory ).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience : 6month -1 years of experience in hospital administration or operations in healthcare operations or a similar role in a hospital environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
