Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Create, claim, and update GMB listings for clients.Ensure NAP (Name, Address, and Phone) consistency across all platforms.Handle client/dealer data, sanitize it using Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.).Maintain client records, tracker sheets, and data logs.Analyse data and generate reports using GMB Insights and Excel.Support review management by tracking feedback and coordinating with support teams.Ensure compliance with GMB guidelines and resolve listing-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for digital marketing and operational activities.
