Operations Executive Pharmacy ( Female)

Pharmacy Operations:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and timely dispensing of medications.
• Accurately read and interpret prescriptions to provide patients with the correct medication or suggest alternatives if required.

Customer Handling:

• Assist customers with medication inquiries and provide professional guidance on the use of prescribed drugs.
• Address customer concerns and maintain excellent service standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise:

• Leverage technical knowledge of pharmaceutical products to educate and inform customers about drug interactions, side effects, and storage instructions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry.

Communication:

• Maintain effective communication with customers in both Hindi and English to build trust and rapport.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless operations and address any operational challenges proactively.

Operational Efficiency:

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions in compliance with company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
