Operations Executive- Logistics (Male) Night Shift

As an Operations Executive (Night Shift) at Sky2C Freight Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve handling end-to-end coordination of Air and Sea freight shipments for both Export and Import operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing and verifying shipping and export/import documentation, coordinating with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers to ensure timely movement of cargo, maintaining regular communication with clients to update shipment status, and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring timely filing of shipping instructions and compliance with international shipping regulations, monitoring cargo movement, maintaining accurate records of shipments and documentation, and collaborating closely with internal departments such as sales, customer service, and accounts for smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - You should have a minimum of 14 years of experience in freight forwarding operations, specifically in Air and Sea shipments. - A graduate degree in any discipline is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. - It is essential that you possess hands-on experience in shipping documentation and coordination, along with good verbal and written communication skills in English. - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary, and familiarity with logistics software will be an added advantage. - As an ideal candidate, you should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
