Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and confirm bookings with partner hotels, resolving any real-time issues to ensure smooth check-in/check-out
  • Assist in day-to-day backend operations, such as processing bookings, cancellations, refunds, and follow-ups
  • Liaise with hotel partners for booking confirmations, updates, and resolving partner-side issues
  • Be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat, and other channels
  • Tackle customer grievances, complaints, and queries with empathy, urgency, and accuracy
  • Identify patterns in customer queries or partner concerns and suggest improvements to streamline operations
  • Update and manage customer interactions using tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, etc.
