Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and confirm bookings with partner hotels, resolving any real-time issues to ensure smooth check-in/check-out
Assist in day-to-day backend operations, such as processing bookings, cancellations, refunds, and follow-ups
Liaise with hotel partners for booking confirmations, updates, and resolving partner-side issues
Be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat, and other channels
Tackle customer grievances, complaints, and queries with empathy, urgency, and accuracy
Identify patterns in customer queries or partner concerns and suggest improvements to streamline operations
Update and manage customer interactions using tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, etc.
