Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our Fruits & Vegetables operations for the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) segment in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss labour management, Last Mile management & cost control, and smooth operational execution. Proficiency in Hindi and prior experience in labour handling is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Fruits & Vegetables handling from Receiving to dispatch for Horeca clients.
• Coordinating with LM partners to timely report of vehicles and Ontime delivery to customers
• Ground operations and ensure timely order fulfillment to key customers.
• Coordinate with sourcing and quality teams for seamless operations.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in handling fresh produce.
• Monitor wastage, shrinkage, and inventory hygiene to minimize operational losses.

• Experience:

  Minimum 1-3 years in handling Fruits & Vegetables operations, preferably in HoReCa or Agri supply chain.
• Last mile management

• Education

  : Graduate in Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Location Flexibility:

  Should be comfortable working from a warehouse or field-based location in Chennai.

• Shift

  : Should be able to work in flexible shifts
