Job Title: Operations Executive – Healthcare
Location: Vihaara Medicare, Sri Nagar Colony, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
About Us:
Vihaara Medicare offers a wide range of healthcare services, including at-home nursing, physiotherapy, ECG, X-ray, blood tests, and psychologist consultations. We also provide dialysis care, ensuring complete medical support in both home and clinical settings.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and patient-focused Operations Executive to manage inquiries, coordinate bookings, and ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attend incoming calls and clearly explain our services to patients.
2. Enter patient and inquiry details accurately into the data sheet.
3. If the patient is interested in taking the service, collect the payment and ensure proper records are maintained.
4. Allocate the slot to the respective physiotherapist, psychologist, doctor, or service provider and maintenance appointment sheet
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel and MS word
Ability to handle calls between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (office hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
