Role Overview

The Operations Executive for the Google My Business (GMB) process at Sekel Technologies Private Limited is responsible for optimising and maintaining Google My Business listings for our clients. This role ensures accurate information, positive online reputation, and visibility on Google for clients in the digital marketing industry.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Experience in GMB management, local SEO, or digital marketing.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

3. Strong communication skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.

4. Understanding of SaaS-based products and digital marketing concepts (bonus).

5. Knowledge of Bing Places, Apple Business Profile, and Facebook Store Pages (preferred).

6. Familiarity with GMB policies and the ability to resolve listing-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Experience in GMB management, local SEO, or digital marketing is a plus.

3. Strong communication

4. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

5. Understanding of SAAS-based products and digital marketing concepts is a bonus.

6. Knowledge of local SEO is a plus.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting is required.
