Job Title: Administrative Operations Executive

Location: Hotel Sonar Bangla – Across All Properties in West Bengal
Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 Years (Must be from Hotel Industry)
Reporting To: Company HR & Vice President
Salary: Negotiable as per experience

Job Overview:

Hotel Sonar Bangla is looking for a Hotel Industry Professional (Hotelier) with strong administrative operations experience. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes, staff discipline, documentation, and operational standards across multiple properties.

Knowledge of F&B operations will be considered an added advantage, but the primary role is Administration.

This position involves frequent travel across our group properties in West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage administrative operations across hotel properties.
• Ensure staff discipline, grooming standards, attendance records, and HR protocol compliance.
• Coordinate with property teams to maintain operational SOPs.
• Conduct routine site visits for audit, inspection, and reporting.
• Manage documentation, vendor coordination, purchasing follow-ups, and inventory checks.
• Assist with staff onboarding, training support, and briefing when required.
• Collaborate regularly with Company HR and VP for updates and action planning.
• Provide supportive oversight in F&B service standards when necessary (added value).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be a Hotelier with hands-on hotel operations/admin experience.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in hotel administration or operations.
• Knowledge of F&B standards preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel regularly across West Bengal.
• Professional, disciplined, and guest-service-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
