Operations Executive Assistant

As an Operations Executive Assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations team with daily coordination, documentation, and project management tasks. Your organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and familiarity with CAD software will be key assets in this role. Some of your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Operations team in managing day-to-day project activities and documentation. - Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion. - Preparing and maintaining reports, project records, and schedules. - Supporting operational planning, procurement follow-ups, and logistics coordination. - Reviewing and updating drawings or layouts using CAD software (preferred). - Handling internal communication, data entry, and file management efficiently. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any relevant field. - Prior experience in Operations / Project Coordination will be an added advantage. - Basic CAD knowledge preferred. - Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication and multitasking skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
