Job Title: Operations Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive responsible for managing tender participation through GeM and other e-procurement portals, handling accounts in Tally, and ensuring statutory compliance including PF and ESI. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and compliance management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle tender participation on GeM and other e-procurement portals
Prepare and upload tender documents and bids
Maintain basic accounts using Tally
Manage PF & ESI compliance, returns, and challans
Requirements:
Knowledge of GeM & e-procurement
Working knowledge of Tally
Understanding of PF & ESI compliance
Basic MS Office skills
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)
Salary: 14000/-
Salary negotiable based on experience.
