As a Performance Manager in the Abroad Education Industry, your role involves managing performance, delivering results on a timely basis, and owning the P&L for your funnel. You will be responsible for building, running, and improving business workflows and processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, measuring, and improving important metrics - Building the team and managing performance - Managing aggregators & direct channels for applications - Understanding institutions required to make applications Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of experience in P&L management, Counselling, or Operations - Background in the Abroad Education Industry - Exceptional ability to move business metrics using various levers In this position, you will also take personal responsibility for coordinating a designated group of applications from University agents and partners, as advised by the International Admissions Officer. You will monitor the processing of applications in the International Admissions unit and liaise with the International Recruitment Manager. Furthermore, you will help develop positive working relationships with agents and partners to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the applications process. Moreover, you will be eligible for benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and bonuses including performance bonus and yearly bonus. The job type is Full-time, Permanent with a Day shift, Fixed shift, Morning shift schedule. Experience in Operations management and Education administration is necessary for this role, along with proficiency in English.
