Operations executive | Applications & Admissions Study Abroad Consultant

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for managing the performance on a timely basis and delivering results, owning the P&L for your funnel, and building, running, and improving business workflows and processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, measuring, and improving important metrics - Building the team and managing performance - Managing aggregators & direct channels for applications - Understanding institutions required to make applications Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of experience in P&L management, Counselling, or Operations - Background in the Abroad education Industry - Exceptional ability to move business metrics using all possible levers In addition to the core responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Take personal responsibility for coordinating a designated group of applications from designated University agents and/or partners - Monitor the processing of applications in the International Admissions unit and liaise with the International Recruitment Manager - Help the International Office develop positive and effective working relationships with agents and partners Furthermore, you will be eligible for benefits such as: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Internet reimbursement - Paid sick time - Bonuses including performance bonus and yearly bonus This is a Full-time, Permanent position with a Day shift, Fixed shift, Morning shift schedule.
