Must have skills : Enterprise Network Operations, Good communication skill Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE Summary :As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the enterprise network operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Manage and monitor the enterprise network operations. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues. Ensure network security and compliance. Implement network upgrades and enhancements. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network maintenance and support. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. Familiarity with network hardware and software. Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud networking. Experience with network automation and scripting. Knowledge of SD-WAN and MPLS technologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A BE degree is required.
