About The Role

Project Role :Operations Engineer

Project Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills :Network Infrastructures

Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in strategic discussions to align operational goals with business objectives, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.

Experience with network monitoring and management tools.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues effectively.

Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and technologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
