Project Role : Operations Engineer Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Must have skills : IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment Good to have skills : No Function Specialty Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of production systems and services, adhering to operational requirements and service agreements, and resolving any operational issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. Monitor operational requirements and service agreements. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently. Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance. Implement best practices for system maintenance and upgrades. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment. Strong understanding of system operations and maintenance. Experience in managing production systems and services. Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management. Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
