Operations Coordinator

Role Overview: The Operations Coordinator (OC) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operations and providing excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with transporters for timely delivery, following up with customers to ensure prompt acceptance of goods, and developing professional relationships to foster repeat business. Additionally, you will need to update catalogues and prices on GEM regularly, as well as liaise with OEMs/Manufacturers for necessary documents.
