Operations - CLO Operations - Senior Professional

As a Middle Office professional in the Leveraged Credit Operations team based in Gurugram at KKR, you will play a crucial role in supporting various activities within the CLO Operations team. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around CLO Trustee Reporting and contributing to Trustee Relationship Management. Additionally, you may be involved in tasks such as Asset Maintenance, Daily Trade Activity, and MIS reporting. This role will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from KKR's offices in Dublin, San Francisco, London, and New York. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the end-to-end Trustee Reporting process, proactively resolving breaks, generating reporting MIS with exception reporting, managing FundRec using a 3rd party reconciliation tool, reconciling Top of the Waterfall (ToW), calculating Cures, providing Quarterly Financial Support, managing Management Fee, AUM, and Coupon metrics, performing Rebate Calculations, offering Audit Query Support, overseeing Cash Oversight including Par and Cash oversight, and leveraging internal KKR teams (ALPS) to ensure accurate daily par and cash for trading. You will also be expected to review daily exception reporting and assist other team members as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-4 years of relevant experience, demonstrate a keen interest in the firm and market to expand your knowledge of a wide range of Investment Products and Activities, exhibit the ability to work independently and proactively, thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, have excellent written and oral communication skills, boast strong academic credentials, showcase exceptional interpersonal and team-working skills, maintain professionalism, possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, preferably have prior knowledge of CLO, be familiar with Advent Geneva and Allvue BMS Everest or similar products, show a strong inclination towards process improvement, and have a keen interest in leveraging AI to enhance team scalability.,
